Our mission is to help the Continuum of Care (COC) identify people without homes, then quickly find a bed for them to sleep in. We would like to help St. Patricks center take care of their clients and fufill their needs. Having a shelter, a place to eat and sleep, is a very important step to rebounding out of homelessness. We beleive that we can further benefit the clients of St. Patricks by establishing a connection between all of the COCs' in order to communicate more quickly.
